About the Agency
Cara Lees Yacht Crew Ltd is a yacht crew recruitment and placement agency based in Edinburgh, certified by the MCA and working with yachts worldwide. Cara Lees founded the company in 2021 after more than 30 years in yachting, including work as a stewardess, cook and purser on a 75m motor yacht, and several years in yacht crew recruitment at another agency.
The agency serves owners, captains and yacht management agencies looking for crew, and crew seeking yacht jobs at any level of experience. It recruits captains, chief officers, second and third officers, bosuns, deckhands, chief engineers, engineers, ETOs, AV and IT officers, pursers, chief stewards and stewardesses, stewards and stewardesses, and chefs. It says each search is handled personally by Cara Lees from the initial brief to placement, and that experience, certification and references are verified before appointment.
