CarGuys

CarGuys is a recruitment agency focused on the automotive industry. It fills positions for dealerships, repair shops and collision centres, and says it is entirely focused on automotive rather than general staffing.

The agency recruits technicians, including auto mechanics and ASE-certified technicians, as well as salespeople, service advisors, finance managers, service directors and other managers. It supplies pre-screened candidates to employers ranging from small independent shops to large multi-location service chains, and says it serves clients across the U.S. and Canada. It is based in Rockford, Michigan.

Employers hire through an online recruiting platform, with plans billed monthly, every 15 days, quarterly or on six or twelve month contracts. The plans include unlimited hires, an applicant tracking system and a dedicated account manager. Job seekers can upload a resume to join a talent network, search jobs, set up job alerts and use resume creation and career services.
