Captivate Talent is a recruitment firm that places revenue talent with early-to-growth stage SaaS companies and other high-growth tech startups. It recruits across sales, marketing, customer success and revenue operations, from individual contributors to senior leaders.

The firm runs two teams. Its executive team fills leadership roles such as Chief Revenue Officer and VP of Sales, while its go-to-market team hires sales reps, marketing managers, customer success managers and RevOps specialists. RevOps searches cover operations managers, Salesforce and HubSpot administrators and revenue operations leadership. It says the US and Canada SaaS revenue space is its primary and only market, that its executive recruiters run searches end to end, and that it does not use a partner or researcher model.

Christopher Gannon founded the company after working at a traditional recruitment firm and then as Head of Talent at two high-growth startups. The firm sources through LinkedIn, events in the SaaS space and a network it says includes over 10k candidates it has talked to.
