Captiv Talent is a Toronto-based talent search firm that works with innovation-led companies across North America. It describes itself as a boutique search partner and recruits for skills in R&D, GTM and operations. Its clients range from high-growth SaaS start-ups to global tech companies.

The firm offers permanent placement, temporary staffing on an independent contractor basis, executive search for senior leadership roles, and embedded recruitment process outsourcing, where recruiters work on site alongside a client's existing team.
