It places COOs, Presidents, CEOs, Integrators and VPs for owner-led and private equity-backed businesses, typically companies in the $10M to $100M range. Founder Daniel Cheetham leads every search and says he has spent over 14 years helping owners and founders hire leaders.

The firm focuses on field services, facilities services, construction, home building, building materials, and work truck and upfitting businesses. It serves clients nationwide, with a focus on the Western United States.

Each search follows its Navigating Talent method, which assesses candidates on behavioural fit, values and motivation, proven operating experience, and the relationships and resources a leader brings. Clients pay one flat fee, typically $45,000 to $75,000, set before the search begins, with a $5,000 monthly retainer credited toward that fee. Every placement carries a six-month replacement guarantee. The firm reports a 94% stick rate.
