Capstone Recruitment is a specialist recruiter for the real estate and construction sector. It fills roles from board appointments to entry-level positions, across real estate advisory, construction and engineering, architecture and design, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, and HR, operations and administration. It also has a focus on data centres and mission critical infrastructure.

Its clients include construction consultancies, private offices, developers and sovereign wealth funds. Services include retained, contained, contingent and interim recruitment. It also has a US business, supported from its London office, which works with general contractors, owner's representatives and developers in the USA.

The company was founded by Matt Cary and Rob Joslin, who set out to build a consultancy based on relationships rather than a transactional model. It says it supports partners with hiring strategies across the UK, Europe, USA, Middle East and Australasia.
