Caprecruit is a boutique recruitment agency headquartered in London. It launched in 2021 as a specialist recruitment-to-recruitment agency, placing experienced and junior recruitment consultants into external agencies on contract, interim and permanent terms, from trainee to senior management. Later in 2021 it widened its offering to the wider human capital sector. Agency roles it fills include associate and managing consultants, heads of permanent or contract, and directors.

The company also recruits internal talent staff, such as Head of Talent, Talent Partner, Specialist Recruiter and Resourcer, for early-stage, VC-backed start-ups. A further area covers hire, train and deploy organisations and management consultancies, with roles such as Account Manager, Sector Lead, Account Executive and Business Development Executive.

Its clients range from boutique start-ups and SMEs to FTSE-listed multinationals. Its core client and candidate base is in London, and it says it has also worked on mandates and placed candidates in New York, Los Angeles, Belgium and the Netherlands.
