Capital Markets is an executive search firm for the financial sector, focused on corporate finance and hedge funds. It recruits across five practice areas: corporate and investment banking, hedge funds and asset management, compliance and risk, legal, and private markets. Roles include M&A and capital markets coverage, quantitative research, technology infrastructure, execution and portfolio management, financial crime and regulatory compliance, and legal posts from General Counsel to specialist counsel. Its private markets work covers private equity, private credit and infrastructure.

The firm offers permanent recruitment, interim search and senior leadership search. It has dedicated entities in Ireland, Switzerland and the United States, with offices in Dublin and Basel. It says it is not restricted by geography and has completed domestic and cross-border transactions with banking, financial services and advisory firms.

Capital Markets is one of six recruiting brands in Vertical Markets Group, which was founded in 2008. It says it has built the business from grass roots over the past 15 years.
