Capere Competence

Capere Competence Group is a partner-owned Swedish recruitment company comprising three specialist firms: Closers Headhunting & Interim, Hero Rekrytering & Bemanning, and Addere Interim & Executive Search. Closers was founded in 2012 by Fredrik Thulin and Robert Conzato, with Hero acquired in 2017 and Addere established by the same ownership team. All partners remain operationally active within their respective organisations.

The group positions itself as combining generalist scale with specialist quality. Closers recruits senior sales, marketing and management talent through headhunting and interim placement. Hero specialises in customer service, customer success, CX and AI-related roles. Addere focuses on interim and executive search roles in finance, HR and payroll, serving both private sector and public sector employers.
