Capax Resource Management

Capax Resource Management, also written Capax RM, is a specialist executive search agency that places ERP professionals with companies across the US and Canada. It says it began in 2012 and covers four ERP platforms: Sage, NetSuite, Acumatica and Microsoft Dynamics.

Each consultant specialises in one ERP, one geographical area and one time zone, and the specialist teams pool their market knowledge. The company says it has a network of over 250,000 ERP specialists and that each consultant speaks to 80+ specialists per week.

It started with Dynamics platforms and Salesforce in 2012, launched a NetSuite team in 2017 and a Sage Intacct and X3 desk in 2018, and added Acumatica and Dynamics 365 Business Central in 2020. It also explored an accounting and finance market in 2019. It has offices in London and New York, and says it moved into a larger office in 2025 alongside a 30% increase in its billing consultants.
