Capax Recruitment

Capax Recruitment is a recruitment agency based in Copenhagen that finds IT specialists, engineers and technical leaders with a STEM background, for permanent hires and freelance assignments. It was established in 2010 in collaboration between Teknologiens Mediehus, a subsidiary of the Danish Engineering Society IDA, and Christina Just. It became an independent consultancy through a management buy-out in 2019, and in 2021 it began recruiting senior healthcare profiles under the name Capax Healthcare.

Its services include search and selection, freelance placement, outplacement, in-house recruitment consultants, personality testing with the MPA and OPQ32 tools, and advice on writing job ads. It reports more than 3,000 completed recruitments and assignments and more than 75,000 candidates in its database.

Capax has offices in Copenhagen and Aarhus and works with a network in Denmark and abroad. All its consultants hold at least a master's degree, and it runs a graduate programme in which new employees are trained in recruitment tools.
