Candidex is a New Zealand recruitment business that works through specialist divisions: early childhood and primary education, allied health, business support and human resources, alongside international recruitment. It serves clients in Wellington, Auckland and nationwide, and also handles commercial leadership search.

Its education division supplies same day relievers from 6:00 AM and permanent teachers for early learning centres and primary schools. The allied health division places registered social workers, occupational therapists, psychologists and clinical leaders in permanent and locum roles. Business support covers executive assistants, office managers, project coordinators and operations support, while the human resources division fills HR business partner and people leader roles on permanent and contract terms. The international division sources overseas talent with professional registration and manages visa relocation into New Zealand, including Accredited Employer Work Visa job checks and settlement support.

Candidates complete Police vetting, registration verification and reference checks before placement. Candidex was founded by Wayne Sullivan and Chris White, with Marvin Smith as director. Its sister agency, Flocc, runs a community careers pathway offering work readiness, mentoring and pastoral care for young adults.
