Amelia set up Campfire after returning home to NZ from London, where she co-founded another successful digital talent agency. Amelia has an in-depth understanding of the industry and an exceptional network of contacts. She strongly believes in building relationships of integrity and trust, and ensuring strong outcomes for her clients, candidates, and team. Amelia has a true passion for the digital industry and has seen it re-invent itself over and over again, and it’s this constant change that keeps Amelia fascinated in the online world.

With over 18 years of experience in recruitment and talent management, I’ve supported businesses across local and international markets in building strong, capable teams. I’ve worked across a range of industries and cultures, developing a solid understanding of how to connect the right people with the right opportunities. I’m motivated by people, their growth, potential, and the impact they can have when supported in the right environment. I enjoy helping organisations attract and develop talent, while contributing to workplaces where people feel valued and able to do their best work. Ashleigh manages the Campfire office keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. With a sharp eye for detail and a natural flair for organisation, Ashleigh ensures that Campfire’s finances, systems, processes, and people all stay in sync. From managing office logistics, bookkeeping and supporting the team, to refining internal processes and ensuring everything is where it should be, Ashleigh brings structure and calm to the fast-paced world of Recruitment.
