The company is owned and led by Alison Campbell, who spent 20 years with Alliance & Leicester, specialising in public sector asset finance and working in leadership roles, before moving into recruitment in 2008. The company says she has over 35 years' experience across banking and financial services. Melanie Phillips joined as a senior consultant in 2018.

Its expertise spans commercial and corporate banking, asset finance, invoice finance, asset based lending and retail banking, alongside alternative finance and fintech. Roles it recruits for include C-suite executives, relationship managers, underwriters, credit managers, wealth and investment managers, compliance and risk managers and operations managers.
