Camden Conseil

Camden Conseil is a French recruitment and HR services firm that works with large companies, small and medium-sized businesses and start-ups from all sectors. It describes itself as a generalist HR consultancy with a human-scale structure. It focuses on support and operational functions: human resources, finance, purchasing, logistics, research and development, and maintenance. Roles it names include finance director, IT manager, payroll administrator, production director, purchasing manager and R&D manager, at both managerial and non-managerial level.

The firm is the new brand of the recruitment firm ImpactUp, which Pascal Larue founded in 2005. Emmanuel Laquerrière joined him some years later, and the two have run ImpactUp together since 2014. The idea for Camden Conseil came in December 2015 in a pub in Camden Town, London, and the firm is named after that district. Larue and Laquerrière lead it. Besides recruitment, it offers assessment centres, high-volume recruitment and RPO, interim management, outplacement, and HR consulting.

Camden Conseil has offices in Paris, Lille, La Rochelle, Nantes, Lyon and Toulouse, and serves clients across France.
