Calidus Group

Calidus Group is a recruitment agency in Australia that specialises in Accounting and Finance roles. Its materials also refer to marketing, HR and executive sectors. It supports clients across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia, and gives Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth as its locations.

Each assignment starts with a discovery session, in which the team visits the client's office to learn about the business and its culture. It then defines the role with the client, interviews candidates and searches through its network. The company offers a talent hire service for employers and a job search service for candidates.

Its team includes Jesse Herrick, Director, Jeff Herrick, Executive Director, and Kerry Bywater, Recruitment Manager.
