Calibrate Recruitment is a UK recruitment agency that places bid, marketing, graphic design and document control staff into architecture and built environment practices. It says it has nearly two decades of recruitment experience in the built environment and design sectors, and it works with both candidates looking for roles and hiring managers building teams.

The agency recruits for creative roles such as bids, marketing, communications, graphic design and business development, and for support roles including studio management, document control, projects, HR, administration, PA and reception. It covers all levels of experience across permanent, contract and freelance work.

The company was set up by Carly McDermott, who previously worked at the recruitment firms Crone Corkill, Devonshire and Adrem, where she developed her focus on the built environment sector.
