C&M Travel Recruitment is a recruitment agency specialising in the travel industry, working across the UK and beyond from London. It was formed in 1998, and it says every one of its consultants previously worked in the industry.

The agency fills permanent, temporary and fixed-term contract roles at travel companies, from reservations agents, travel consultants and business development managers to credit controllers, marketing executives, IT developers and managing directors. Roles range from entry-level to senior management, and a dedicated team handles senior appointments from management through to board level. It says it is the preferred supplier for hundreds of travel companies, from small niche operators to some of the biggest names.

The company reports a 94.1 per cent retention rate for candidates placed in the last five years and says it has more than 100,000 candidates on its database. It is co-owned by its managing director and its sales director.
