BWW Recruitment is a specialist recruitment consultancy that works only in the company secretarial and corporate governance profession. It recruits Company Secretaries, Deputy and Assistant Company Secretaries, Company Secretarial Assistants and Trainee Company Secretaries, and says it places candidates at all levels and across all sectors.

BWW began in 2009, when five established company secretarial consultants came together. Fiona Boxall had set up the first company secretarial recruitment practice in 1983 at Chambers and Partners, and was later joined by Jane Wallace, Carla Wells and Ian Rickard. Consultant Adam Skalsky is part of the team today. The team says it has 93 years of combined company secretarial recruitment experience.

Consultants work together on each vacancy rather than individually. Clients range from FTSE 100 companies and start-ups to charities, schools and membership bodies. Sectors covered include PLC and AIM listed companies, hospitals and NHS Trusts, accountancy and legal firms, banks and financial services, charities and housing associations, and private groups.
