Buzz Recruitment Solutions

Buzz Recruitment Solutions is a local, independent recruitment agency that works only in the construction sector. It serves both job seekers and construction employers in Birmingham, Coventry, Solihull and nearby areas.

The agency recruits for trades such as roofers, plasterers and scaffolders, and for roles including site managers, contracts managers, project managers, on-site engineers, site agents, buyers and planners. It is a member of the REC, and candidates can upload a CV through its online platform.

It says it was founded by a team of industry experts and has over 10 years of experience in the trade. The team includes Debbie, who worked in recruitment for nearly 10 years before starting her own business in construction, and Ellie, who has run her own business for the last six years.
