Business Resources One

Business Resources One, known as BR1, is a recruiting and HR services firm that works mainly with landscaping and green industry companies, helping them find and keep staff. Its recruiting is offered as a year-round subscription partnership or as on-demand, flat-fee hiring for individual roles.

Its areas of expertise are landscape recruiting, snow and ice management recruiting, executive search, management recruiting, sales recruiting, and accounting and finance recruiting. Alongside recruiting it provides background checks, drug testing through collection sites nationwide, assessments, retention work covering culture and leadership, and consulting. The company also says it covers payroll and HR consulting, and can take on a client's entire HR function.
