Buro Fervent

Buro Fervent is a recruitment and selection agency based in Tilburg, the Netherlands, focused on higher-educated technicians. It recruits in engineering, sales, purchasing and technical management. The candidates it places mostly have a background in mechanical engineering, technical business administration or electrical engineering.

The agency fills both temporary and permanent roles, and clients can hire staff directly or take them on secondment. It works for companies in the Dutch manufacturing industry, mainly in the south of the Netherlands, and says it has worked with many of its clients for years. It approaches the market actively through networking and headhunting rather than only placing vacancies.

Michiel Daamen founded Buro Fervent in January 2015 after ten years in technical recruitment. He trained at Tech Sharks, where he set up the Tracq label for higher-educated technicians, and spent a year at Yacht.
