Burnett's Staffing

Burnett's Staffing is a recruitment and staffing company based in Arlington, Texas, serving employers and job seekers across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Paul W. and Joyce Burnett started it in 1966 as Burnett's Great Southwest Employment Services, initially specialising in direct hire placement where the job seeker paid the fee. It is still family owned and operated, with the founders' son Paul D. Burnett joining in 1985 and his son Brayden in 2014, and it remains headquartered in the building the founders built in 1966.

The company recruits for administrative, accounting, customer service, human resources, management, sales, marketing, legal, technical and light industrial roles, including bookkeepers, paralegals, help desk staff and warehouse associates. Employers can choose temp to hire, direct hire, temporary placement or payrolling, which covers staff the employer has already found. It says every candidate it represents goes through screening that includes phone and face-to-face interviews, reference checks and a criminal background check.

Besides its Arlington base, it has offices in Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco and McKinney, among others.
