Bureau Bit takes its name from the phrase Best In Talent. The company specialises in matching and coaching MBO, HBO and WO talent studying marketing, sales and communication into the right meewerkstage or afstudeerstage. It describes itself as a placement business that brings supply and demand together at what it calls Champions League level, taking the werving en selectie work off an organisation's hands while helping students make a connection with the company. The company works with students on marketing, sales and communication programmes and places them into work placements and graduation placements with companies. Bureau Bit sets out a defined process. A student registers and states the kind of internship they want, then a coach makes telephone contact within three hours to schedule an online introduction. In that conversation the coach explains the available options based on the student's interests and discusses which could suit. The coach then arranges an interview at the company that fits best and prepares the student for it, and calls afterwards to evaluate how the interview went.
