Building Partners Recruitment, which also uses the name BPR, is a recruitment agency for the built environment, placing people in key appointments across Australia and New Zealand. It is based in Darlinghurst, New South Wales.

It works in three areas. In design and engineering it serves architecture practices, engineering consultancies and contractors, placing designers, engineers and modellers across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire engineering. In construction it recruits project and site management roles, as well as project engineering, estimation and drafting positions. In trades and services it places skilled tradespeople in construction and maintenance, including HVAC, BMS, fire and electrical work.

The company offers permanent and contract recruitment, and payroll services for interim appointments. It says it has invested in new tools and strategies since 2018, giving it up to 40% more reach than traditional agency methods, and that it pledges 5% of its profit each quarter to charities.
