Buildforce Solutions is a construction recruitment consultancy based in Birmingham and serving the Midlands. It was established in 2024 and was founded by Heather Duncan. The company says its consultants have more than 45 years of combined experience.

It recruits across the construction industry, from pre-construction, commercial, design and operations roles to site management, engineers, and blue collar trades and labour. It places permanent and freelance candidates, and works with contractors on residential, BTR, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects. Its building and fit-out work covers commercial, residential, mixed-use, education, health, retail and industrial projects, and its civil engineering work includes groundworks and RC frame. It says it works with contractors across the UK.

Its process starts with a meeting with the hiring manager to gather the job requirements, and continues with advertising vacancies, shortlisting and interviewing candidates, taking references, negotiating terms and aftercare once a candidate has started. It also operates a job board.
