Build Up Recruitment

Build Up Recruitment is a Sydney recruitment agency that works only in high-end residential construction. It recruits carpenters, leading hands, foremen, site managers, contracts administrators, estimators, project managers and construction managers for premium residential builders. It says it does not recruit for commercial, civil, mining or infrastructure work.

The agency was launched in 2022 by Ross Breen, its director, who says he has fifteen years in recruitment, the last ten focused on Sydney's high-end residential construction. It works with a deliberately small client list and places permanent and contract roles, sourcing active and passive candidates through its network. A candidate's CV is not sent to an employer without the candidate's sign-off.

Based in Sydney, it places candidates across NSW. It says every hire gets check-ins with both candidate and client at 30, 90 and 180 days after starting.
