Build Recruitment specialises in hiring talent in the built environment. Its primary focus is the social housing sector, across refurbishment and maintenance, and it also works in facilities management and property consultancy. It places people in roles from operative to executive level.

The company was founded in 2010 by experienced built environment recruitment specialists. It says it has 45 people across offices in London, Manchester and the South West, with its head office in London. Chris Ewart is Chief Executive Officer and Ryan Smart is Managing Director.

Its services cover permanent, temporary and temp-to-perm recruitment, executive search, volume campaigns and contract mobilisation projects. It also runs a managed service provider model called Alliance MSP for clients' temporary and permanent hiring. It says its database holds more than 105,000 registered candidates. It works with clients in the public and private sectors and only with FCSA accredited payroll providers.
