Build People

Build People is a recruitment firm serving the construction, mining, industrial, renewable energy and data center sectors across the United States. It supports hiring nationwide from Fort Lauderdale.

The firm organises its work into four divisions: construction management, mining and industrial equipment, renewable energy, and data centers and mission critical facilities. Its clients include owners, developers, general contractors, OEMs, distributors and service providers. Roles it places include project executives, directors of construction, superintendents, estimators, commissioning agents, regional sales managers and finance directors, as well as renewable energy roles in project development, power origination, construction and operations.

It offers retained search for senior leadership and hard to fill mandates, and contingent search for mid to senior appointments. Each search is built around the project, product, territory or operation involved.
