Bryan & Co Associates

Bryan & Co Associates is a recruitment and headhunting firm that operates within the UK. It has an office on Shelton Street in Covent Garden, London, and is registered in England and Wales.

The firm recruits for executive positions, including C-suite roles, and also offers general staffing for employers in any industry. It also fills permanent vacancies. It says it keeps a pool of prescreened candidates, which it reports can shorten the hiring period, and that its candidates are screened and vetted for education and experience.

Its headhunters start by briefing the client to understand the type of candidate needed. They then search the firm's candidate pool and wider network of contacts, carry out interviews and background checks, and present a shortlist. The firm says it will keep looking if the client is not satisfied with the candidates suggested.
