Brown & Wills Recruitment is a specialist recruitment consultancy for the construction sector, based in Wetherby, West Yorkshire. It was founded and is run in partnership by Liz Brown and Cath Wills, who say they have built up their construction recruitment expertise jointly over the last 30 years. The company also reports over 65 years of combined experience.

It focuses on markets within the built environment, including construction, retail, fit-out and social housing. It fills roles from white collar positions to directors and non-executives, on temporary and permanent terms, and takes on assignments on a contingency or search basis. Roles it recruits for include commercial managers, quantity surveyors, site managers, contracts managers, planners, estimators and bid managers, project managers and business development staff.
