Bronwick fills production and fabrication roles such as CNC operators, CNC programmers and fabricators, and installation roles such as countertop installers and measure technicians. It also recruits production, operations and showroom managers, sales representatives, estimators, CAD drafters, and support staff including admin, finance and HR.

Clients can choose a success-based search or a monthly partnership. The firm recruits actively, with outreach to passive candidates, and restarts the search if a hire does not work out within an agreed period.
