Brightsource Recruitment is a headhunting and executive search firm that fills Amazon, marketplace, e-commerce and digital roles for clients in the FMCG, CPG, consumer goods and agency sectors. It works predominantly at mid to senior management level, in the UK and internationally.

The roles it recruits for include Amazon account management, Amazon advertising and marketplace management, digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, PPC and paid social, as well as e-commerce account management, sales, trade marketing and web analytics.

The firm was founded in 2014 by Charlie Allen, who has over twenty years' experience in headhunting and executive search. It offers retained search, contingent recruitment usually on an exclusive basis, and an in-house consultant service. Under that service a consultant works on site for an agreed monthly retainer, helping the client define and implement its talent acquisition strategy.
