Brightside Recruitment

Brightside Recruitment is a Sydney based recruitment agency specialising in the welfare, not-for-profit and charity sectors. It provides recruitment, consultancy and support to organisations and individuals in the welfare sector.

It recruits for child, youth and family services, mental health, aged and disability care, and Indigenous and multicultural services. It also fills roles for provisional, general and clinical psychologists, allied health professionals such as occupational therapists, speech therapists, physiotherapists and nurses, leadership positions from team leader to CEO, and finance, HR and administration positions.

The agency was co-founded by directors Brian Moran and Chris McCabe, who had worked together as colleagues before starting the business. Moran has worked in welfare recruitment for over 17 years. The company says its two directors have over 20 years' experience between them.
