BrightMinds Recruitment is a supply teaching agency that staffs schools and nurseries in the UK. It supplies secondary, primary and SEN schools and nurseries with both permanent and temporary staff. Each school is assigned its own consultant, who works with teachers and supply staff in the school's area.

The agency recruits teachers, teaching assistants, graduate teaching assistants and HLTAs, SEN teachers and SEN teaching assistants, and cover supervisors. It also finds school leaders such as directors, CEOs, head teachers and SENCOs, and nursery staff including nursery nurses, room leaders and managers. Non-teaching roles include school caretakers, administrators, business managers, cleaners, kitchen staff, science technicians, lunch time supervisors and exam invigilators.

It offers Team Teach training to its SEN staff, and training for cover supervisors that covers safeguarding and classroom management. It has an office in Birmingham.
