Kathleen's background combines extensive expertise across tax, legal, and compliance disciplines. She holds a Master in Law and a Master in Tax Law, began her career as a BTW consultant with a leading Big Four firm, and transitioned through in-house legal and tax roles in major utilities. After establishing an independent tax consulting practice in 2007 and building strong client-focused capabilities over a decade, Kathleen moved into recruitment and specialises in placing legal professionals for both law firms and in-house legal functions. From 2021, she expanded her focus to include specialist compliance recruitment, playing a key role in establishing a dedicated compliance specialisation.
