Brehon Recruitment

Brehon Recruitment is a legal recruitment business focused on private practice in the United States. It places associates, counsel and partners into law firms in New York, Washington DC, San Francisco, Chicago, Los Angeles and Houston, and works with lawyers at all levels on lateral moves. Practice areas include corporate and M&A, litigation, finance and banking, private equity, real estate, intellectual property, employment and tax.

The company was founded by Michael Quigley, who says he started it after six years working in law and then in legal recruitment. He works on a small number of searches at any one time and says he only takes on searches he can complete properly. Brehon serves both lawyers considering a move and law firms that are hiring, and says a candidate's name is not shared without their permission.
