About the Agency
BrasilGermany is an agência de recrutamento e relocação profissional para a Alemanha, a recruitment and relocation agency that moves Brazilian professionals into work in Germany. It specialises in the nursing route, offering ethical and secure guidance to Brazilian enfermeiros who want to work legally in the country, and its responsible recruiter Martina Lämmer accompanies every step so that candidates understand the homologação of their diploma and reach the German labour market prepared. The programme covers all stages from preparation in Brazil to entry into German employment, including a German course up to level B2, professional recognition and continuous support, at no cost to the candidate. It also takes care of translation and the expatriation paperwork, mentoring and legal advice throughout, vacancies and employment contracts, the flight ticket and accommodation in Germany.
The agency works exclusively in nursing. Only candidates holding a bacharelado em enfermagem can join, because German law requires official recognition of the degree and without a higher education diploma a professional cannot be classed in the category required to practise legally as a nurse in Germany, so nursing technicians are currently not eligible. By November 2025 BrasilGermany had supported 235 professionals with nursing degrees through hiring and the move to Germany, a figure it presents as evidence of consistent results, and its site carries testimonials from healthcare professionals who describe lighter, calmer working conditions and the security of a guided process.
BrasilGermany is present at two strategic points, Berlin in Germany and São Paulo in Brazil, a structure that supports communication, help in the country of origin and integration on arrival in Germany. It has operated in Brazil since June 2023, while the international programme it runs has been in place since 2020, which it says gives it solid processes, serious partners and a hiring model recognised by German institutions. The programme lasts around 15 months with German classes Monday to Friday for roughly three hours a day plus homework, in morning or evening groups. The first month at A1.1 is free through the German government quality seal, withdrawal by choice requires reimbursement of the investment made so far, and the visa issued under paragraph 16 of the German immigration law allows an officially married spouse and children up to 16 to come too.
