About the Agency
Boxum Staffing Solutions is a staffing firm based in Charlotte, NC. It places candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire and direct-hire roles, and fills job requisitions for clients throughout the country. Its recruiters work remotely and digitally from locations across the country.
The firm was started by the founders of QC Kinetix, a non-surgical regeneration franchise. While helping franchise offices around the country hire staff in all areas of the business, they saw a gap in the staffing market. Naomi Green is CEO and owner. The company says she has over 35 years of experience in recruiting, management and business operations.
Beyond placements, Boxum offers consulting and business services for small and medium-sized companies, covering compliance, hiring processes and employee transitions. It also runs a webinar series on interviewing techniques and hiring basics.
