Bowen Eldridge Recruitment

Bowen Eldridge Recruitment is an independently owned recruitment agency based in Cardiff, serving the city and the surrounding South Wales area. It recruits in Accountancy Practice, Finance and Marketing, at all levels and across all industries.

The agency was co-founded by directors Cheryl Eldridge and David Bowen, who worked together at a regional recruitment agency in Cardiff from 2009 to 2016. Cheryl Eldridge is responsible for the Accountancy Practice vacancies. Both directors are qualified with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, and the agency says its work draws on over 18 years of recruitment experience.

To find candidates it uses candidate databases, job boards, referrals, networking, proactive website searching, headhunting and social media. It says clients have direct contact with both partners during any recruitment project.
