On the talent side, BOTG works with clients and MSPs on their workforce strategies and offers local and national recruitment support through a hybrid recruitment model. For veteran hiring, it keeps a database of veteran candidates and runs training programmes, alongside a network of veteran organisations. It says it has over 15 years of experience and has worked with commercial clients and MSPs. Its IT services cover application development and testing, information security, data services and Sitecore solutions.

The company is headquartered in Franklin, North Carolina, with other offices in Marlton, New Jersey, Tysons, Virginia and St. Petersburg, Florida, and it serves clients nationally. It says it commits 6% of its year-on-year profits to non-profit organisations that support veterans and provide education and care to less privileged children globally.
