Boston Hale

Boston Hale is a London-based recruitment business launched in 2014 by Graham Hale, with Simon Taylor and the backing of Chairman and brother Sean Hale. It places candidates in contract, interim and permanent roles, and also offers retained campaigns, from executive search to multiple-hire projects, and outplacement services.

It has five practice areas: accountancy and finance, procurement and supply chain, healthcare, data and technology, and legal business services. The accountancy and finance practice fills roles from CFO to part-qualified accountants for private, not for profit and public sector organisations. Procurement roles range from category management and buying to CPOs and procurement analysts, across industries in the UK and Europe. The healthcare practice supplies talent to the NHS and government departments, and the data and technology practice connects data, digital and tech talent to new opportunities.

The legal team works on pricing, legal project management and strategy functions, and says it has placed roles across four continents. The company has worked for customers in the UK, USA, Europe and the APAC region.
