Borderless is an executive search and leadership advisory firm with its Global Hub in Brussels, Belgium. It says it was founded in 2000 and is majority women-owned and led, operating worldwide as one firm with no internal divisions.

The firm recruits senior executives for the energy sector and chemical value chain, life sciences, consumer packaged goods, and advanced industrial solutions, which covers industrial automation, processing machinery, infrastructure, digital services and Industry 4.0. Its leadership advisory service gives executives a confidential space for dialogue with its partners. It says it takes on a limited number of searches each year.

Borderless reports more than 1,500 executives placed, personal networks of more than 65,000 executives, and a team of 15 consultants with 20 nationalities.
