BOOM

BOOM is an executive search firm based in Melbourne that works exclusively with boutique and mid-tier Professional Services businesses across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. It operates at Principal level, dealing with owners, partners and directors of firms in law and legal services, management consulting, finance and accounting.

It offers two services. Executive search covers executive and senior leadership appointments, specialist search and recruitment, talent mapping and market insights, and succession planning support. The second service is strategic business introductions, which are confidential introductions between aligned principals on growth, merger and succession. The firm says it does not act as a business broker or provide financial, legal or valuation advice.

The firm is led by Clarence Charya, whose experience spans law, HR and financial markets. The firm says this is backed by nearly 20 years in executive search and international consulting.
