BOLT Staffing Service

BOLT Staffing Service is a family-owned and woman-owned staffing agency serving Northern California. It provides temporary staffing, temp-to-hire services, direct placement and payroll services. It recruits for warehouse and logistics, administrative and accounting, government, hospitality and non-clinical healthcare roles, and its clients include wineries, government agencies and light industrial employers.

The company says it began in 1994 as a home-based, one-woman business and was launched in Sonoma in 1998. Joanne Sanders is listed as president and founder. Sonoma is the headquarters, with further offices in American Canyon, Stockton, Sacramento, San Bernardino and, on the Gulf Coast, New Orleans. It reports that it has appeared on the Inc. 500 and INC 5000 lists and holds SBE, DBE and WMBE certifications.

Its recruiters each specialise in different types of positions, and a client works with one person throughout the relationship. The company says its internal staff has over 100 years of combined staffing experience. Clients also have access to a Talent Showcase of local job seekers who have passed a screening process.
