Blusource Recruitment provides recruitment solutions to the accountancy and professional services sector, and to businesses ranging from SMEs to FTSE top 100 organisations. Its specialities are accounting and finance, HR and office support professionals, from the training stage up to Partner or Director level. It places permanent, temporary and interim professionals and works with SMEs, FTSE-listed companies and not-for-profit organisations.

The business is organised into office support, human resources, accountancy practice and finance in industry divisions. Bjorn Jones leads the Finance, Human Resources and Office Support brands. One team covers accountancy practice hiring in the East Midlands and East of England, while a separate team covers accountancy practice recruitment nationally outside those regions. Raynorwest, an independent specialist, merged with Blusource in 2011. The company is based in Nottingham and is a member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation.
