Blue Legal is a recruitment consultancy that provides executive recruitment, search and career coaching for legal professionals, as well as for business development, marketing, events, PR and communications professionals. It says it recruits for those roles in the legal, accountancy, property and consultancy sectors, and it also works with architectural, finance, construction and engineering firms.

Its legal clients range from magic circle and national firms to US law firms, boutique practices and barristers chambers. In accountancy it works with clients from big four firms to small actuarial firms, and in consultancy with global consulting firms and private equity firms. Its finance work covers banks, investment funds, insurance companies and real estate. The company says its senior management are all legally qualified.

The company says its team were working in corporate environments in 2001 before deciding to set up the consultancy. It has offices in London and New York, and says its client base has grown across the UK and internationally.
