Blue Diamond Recruitment

Blue Diamond Recruitment is a family-run recruitment agency specialising in housebuilding, construction, land and planning. Husband and wife Amy and Dan Court founded it in March 2025 and are its directors. It is based in Shenstone, Lichfield. The founders say they bring more than 25 years' combined experience.

The agency recruits for land promoters, housebuilders, developers, registered providers, main contractors, consultancies and public sector organisations. Roles include executive appointments such as regional director, land acquisition and planning, architecture and design coordination, site and project management, quantity surveying and commercial management, new homes sales, health and safety management, and office administration. It covers the West Midlands, Staffordshire, Shropshire and Yorkshire among a longer list of areas, and works mainly through recommendations and long-term relationships.

The company is an approved corporate member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation. Within 12 months of launching it won Start-Up Business of the Year at the Birmingham Awards, and it donates a percentage of its profits to St Giles Hospice.
