Blue Bull Recruitment is a family-run recruitment agency based in Cheshire that specialises in sales and hospitality roles. It says it covers the North West and Wales and works UK-wide. Its founder, Phillipa, set the business up in 2016.

In sales, it recruits business development managers, sales development representatives, appointment setters, account managers, field sales staff and sales leaders, and says it has particular depth in B2B outbound teams. In hospitality, it fills roles such as head chefs and kitchen teams, general managers, assistant managers, front of house, and events and sales positions, at all levels, for hotels, restaurants, events businesses and outside catering and banqueting.

It works on a contingency or retained basis, and each client deals with one consultant from start to finish. It also runs a Founder Hiring Programme for first-time employers at a fixed £2,495 plus VAT with no placement fee, and offers a single-fee option for unlimited hiring.
