Blu Digital is a digital recruitment agency, search and advisory business based in the City of London. It recruits in the digital, ecommerce and marketing sectors across the UK and globally, with consultants covering analytics, digital design, digital marketing, ecommerce, UX/UI, IT, tech and creative roles.

Its clients include start-ups, ecommerce brands, FMCG businesses, blue chip organisations, digital agencies, technology specialists and private equity firms. Contingency work covers permanent and contract hiring from entry level to senior management. Executive search fills non-executive director, C-suite, director and head of level roles. An outsourced in-house model embeds talent partners in client businesses, and a consultancy arm provides managed service solutions for technology, digital and business intelligence projects.

Jack Johnson, the managing director, founded the company and also runs the Digital Leaders Club, a members club for digital and ecommerce leaders. The company has two offices, one in London and one in Lancashire.
